What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and technical vision for global infrastructure reliability, scalability, and availability.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to drive critical business initiatives.
• Hands-on guide the team through coding, design reviews, and root-causing production issues.
• Build and lead the team via recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing engineering teams, including hiring, retention, and performance management
• 10+ years in software engineering with technical leadership in scalable, reliable solutions
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in agile development and project management for complex projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Python or Go, backend development, server-side frameworks, and databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• Service mesh like Istio.
• Hands-on leadership in high-growth platform teams.
