Location: Stirling, UK (Flexible working arrangements and remote work as needed are considered)

What you will do
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process from the offer stage to their first day in the business.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other onboarding documentation.
- Manage pre-employment screening to ensure strict legislative and regulatory compliance within agreed risk appetites.
- Collaborate with Resourcing, Reward, and HR Business Partners to ensure process alignment with the risk framework.
- Research and implement innovative and creative ways to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Assist with internal operational risk reporting and governance activities.
Requirements
- Professional experience in onboarding, recruitment, or a similar HR-focused role.
- Experience working with Workday or other comparable HR information systems.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle and general HR practices.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Stirling, UK.
Nice to have
- CIPD or other professional HR qualifications.
