What you will do

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration execution from pre-close planning and due diligence to measuring success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired teams to ensure productivity and retention during transitions.
• Develop and report integration KPIs, including retention rates and product milestone achievement.
• Design and refine repeatable integration playbooks and frameworks in partnership with HR and people managers.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve blockers, and maintain executive visibility into program status.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, M&A Integration, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex cross-functional initiatives in high-growth technology companies.
• Prior experience leading Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or similar enterprise initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
• Excellent communication and influence skills for driving alignment among senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid office schedule.

• Project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma.
