TL;DR

Key Account Manager/BDM (Precision Technology): Driving sales growth and expanding business with existing and new accounts in the Northeast territory with an accent on OEM prospecting and industry specialization. Focus on developing strategic account plans, negotiating complex contracts, and expanding market reach using professional French proficiency.

Location: Must be based in the Northeast US, preferably near an airport hub. Travel requirement: 75%.

Salary: $131,600 – $244,400 (inclusive of incentives)

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within the assigned Northeast territory.
  • Prospect new direct small to medium-sized OEMs, dedicating 50% of the time to this activity.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide industry-specific insights and thought leadership to differentiate company offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional speaking French experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record in both business development and account management.
  • Based in the Northeast Geography of the US.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
