Salary: $102,000 — $141,000 USD

What you will do

• Administer the end-to-end commissions accounting process, including monthly accruals, capitalization, and amortization per ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Calculate, validate, and report commissions and variable compensation across the global sales organization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Payroll, FP&A, and Revenue Accounting to ensure accurate payouts.
• Implement, optimize, and maintain commission systems such as Spiff, Xactly, or CaptivateIQ.
• Support audits by providing detailed documentation and analysis related to bonus accruals.
• Ensure strict adherence to controls and SOX compliance for all commission-related processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting or commissions operations experience.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606) and SaaS industry practices.
• Experience working in a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Proficiency with commission platforms like Spiff, Xactly, or CaptivateIQ.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Office/Google Suite.
