What you will do

  • Drive revenue across the assigned agency patch for both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in media agencies.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities within the German market.
  • Provide high-quality consulting and tailored media recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal expertise teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform) to optimize client outcomes.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction to secure renewals and increase incremental revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies.
  • Strong network within the German media agency landscape, preferably Publicis.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals and hitting quarterly revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical, solution-driven, and self-driven mindset.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Cologne or Hamburg.
  • English proficiency required for CV submission.
