Location: Remote across all US locations, home base in New York, NY. Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences, events, and client meetings.
Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 a year (target cash compensation including base and commissions).

What you will do
- Drive new business by sourcing, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities across financial institutions.
- Build and manage sales pipeline, qualifying prospects and advancing deals through complex cycles.
- Represent at conferences, events, and meetings to generate opportunities and deepen relationships.
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder processes.
- Partner with leadership on messaging, market opportunities, and go-to-market efforts.
- Maintain market intelligence on buyer needs, competitors, and trends to shape sales strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success for aligned prospect experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise sales experience in fintech or financial services, proven track record selling complex solutions to large clients.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and maintaining pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of financial services landscape, market dynamics, and buyer needs.
- Established network of industry relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience building C-level relationships and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong operational discipline with CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and presentation skills.
