Salary: $80,000 OTE (70/30 split)

What you will do
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by responding to marketing leads and inbound interest.
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting to uncover new business and grow existing customers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to establish strategic prospecting plans for key accounts.
- Manage small deals and renewals within assigned territories.
- Conduct account mapping and develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Maintain high activity levels, including making 50+ dials daily.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (Virginia or Washington, D.C.)
- 1 year of B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience, preferably in the Federal space.
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based prospecting/selling.
- Ability to manage a large territory and a high volume of leads.
- Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong perseverance and ability to handle objections and rejection.

- Experience prospecting and selling Business Intelligence or Analytics software.
