What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery execution for all cloud transformation engagements across the LATAM region.
• Ensure consistent application of factory delivery standards, governance, and operating cadence.
• Monitor delivery health (RAG), unblock at-risk engagements, and implement root cause analysis (RCA) for escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Field teams, CSAMs, and executive customer stakeholders.
• Track delivery KPIs, including utilization, throughput, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and guide Program Managers, Delivery Leads, and Technical Architects on delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 20 years of experience in cloud transformational consulting projects and migration.
• Native Spanish speaker with English fluency.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale cloud migrations, integrations, and transformations.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure, virtualization, cloud technologies, compute, storage, and networking.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
• Must be capable of managing delivery across the LATAM region (Mexico, Brazil, South America).

• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
• Agile management certifications.
• Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
