What you will do

• Drive Peri integration initiatives, including planning, rollout, and coordination with Sales, Customer Support, and Pro-Services.
• Manage relationships with payment facilitators, hardware vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to operationalize processes and controls from pre-sales through support.
• Provide enterprise-level reporting to senior leadership, tracking milestones, risks, and KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline efficiency and stability across the PMO.
• Facilitate planning sessions, define scope, and maintain alignment across Product, Engineering, and IT teams.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, including leading multi-team efforts.
• 2+ years of experience driving large-scale technology and data-driven transformation plans.
• Advanced proficiency in MSFT Office suite, Power BI, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong ability to manage context switching and prioritize high-volume communication in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with payment solutions operationalization and submerchant-centric workflows.
• Proven track record in risk mitigation and root cause analysis.
• Experience mentoring peers and documenting processes for organizational use.
