What you will do

• Connect with new sign-ups and inbound leads to provide relevant technical guidance and unblock their progress.
• Manage "Ask an Expert" requests and provide tailored resources including documentation and tutorials.
• Identify Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) by analyzing behavioral signals, API activity, and usage patterns.
• Qualify leads for fit and urgency, routing them to Account Executives or Solutions Architects.
• Collaborate with Sales, DevRel, and Product teams to share insights on developer friction and onboarding blockers.
• Track performance against KPIs and contribute to PLG-driven pipeline generation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (Atlanta, Georgia)
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as BDR, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
• Basic proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of software development workflows.
• Deep understanding of modern software infrastructure including APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals.
• Ability to conduct technical conversations while simultaneously performing business qualification.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical topics for developer audiences.

• Familiarity with distributed systems or workflow orchestration concepts.
