Location: Remote (must be based in Mexico City, Mexico)

OTE: $150,000 - 160,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex deal cycles with C-level executives
• Create and demo custom environments tailored to customer industry and business
• Run and manage technical POC cycles
• Lead technical discovery calls and security conversations
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering as the voice of the customer
• Develop ROI reports and business justification presentations

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting in SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience partnering with AEs on enterprise technical deal cycles
• Consultative approach to solving business challenges and overcoming technical/security objections
• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure), agent frameworks, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python or Java; ability to handle API integrations

Nice to have

• Workflow orchestration tools experience (e.g., LangGraph)
