Manager, Solutions Consulting (AMER) (SaaS): Lead a team of Solutions Consultants partnering with Sales and Product to improve complex multi-product deal outcomes through strong discovery, value articulation, technical scoping, and clean handoffs with an accent on AI-forward practices and structured product feedback loops. Focus on coaching consistent high-impact behaviors, driving operational excellence, and packaging frontline deal insights into actionable signals for GTM teams.
Location: Anywhere in AMER timezone
Salary: $190,000 — $220,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants to deliver high-quality consultative pre-sales support.
- Run weekly deal inspections and coaching on qualification, discovery, scoping, risks, and executive narratives.
- Partner with Sales to shape strategies, remove blockers, and ensure compelling customer-facing content and handoffs.
- Enforce engagement standards, build playbooks, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and reduce operational drag.
- Package deal insights like friction points, objections, and gaps into actionable feedback for Product, RevOps, and Enablement.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships and high-performance culture with clear expectations and career development.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience leading solutions consulting teams in high-growth SaaS (HR/Payroll domain a plus)
- 8+ years in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or related roles
- Ability to improve revenue outcomes via pre-sales execution (win rates, deal velocity)
- Strong consultative selling skills and coaching on discovery, value articulation, executive communication
- Experience using AI tools to improve throughput while managing risks; data-driven with operational rigor
- Strong cross-functional influence and prioritization for high-impact activities
