Salary: Base $90,000 - $150,000 (OTE $180,000 - $300,000)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through closing and expansion.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to align solutions with strategic priorities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including Customer Engineering and Product, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform and competitive landscape to position differentiated value.
  • Refine sales strategies and processes to accelerate growth in a high-momentum market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and drive executive-level engagement.
  • Experience selling SaaS, infrastructure software, DevOps, or open-source technologies.
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Ability to establish credibility with both developers and executive leadership.
  • Must be located remotely in the Bay Area, San Francisco area.
