TL;DR

Lead, Customer Marketing & Storytelling (SaaS): Building and scaling a customer narrative engine to turn success stories into revenue-driving assets with an accent on customer advocacy and high-impact storytelling. Focus on developing a sustainable pipeline of customer advocates, crafting compelling B2B narratives, and amplifying the voice of the customer to accelerate enterprise deal cycles.

Location: Remote (USA); however, candidates within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the customer marketing and storytelling strategy aligned with overall business objectives and go-to-market efforts.
  • Develop a scalable pipeline of customer advocates across strategic segments, industries, and use cases.
  • Produce a diverse portfolio of customer stories, including case studies, video testimonials, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, PR, and Digital teams to integrate customer narratives into website content and campaigns.
  • Equip Sales and SDR teams with proof assets and messaging to support active opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Manage the full content workflow from sourcing and executive interviewing to production and distribution.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, content marketing, or related B2B SaaS disciplines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and interviewing skills for crafting outcome-driven narratives.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing customer reference programs and review generation on platforms like G2 or Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar CRM and advocacy tools.
