What you will do
- Design and execute integrated digital engagement campaigns for onboarding, adoption, and renewal readiness.
- Own campaign strategy and optimization across email, in-app, and other digital channels.
- Build scalable lifecycle programs based on customer segments and usage signals.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support to align messaging and timing.
- Optimize lead and engagement flows to ensure timely and personalized customer communication.
- Analyze and report on engagement performance and adoption indicators to refine programs.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B digital engagement, lifecycle marketing, or Customer Success marketing, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns tied to customer retention and adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and related engagement tools.
- Ability to translate business goals into scalable, measurable digital programs.
- Strong analytical skills to inform targeting and optimize performance.
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
