What you will do

  • Design and execute integrated digital engagement campaigns for onboarding, adoption, and renewal readiness.
  • Own campaign strategy and optimization across email, in-app, and other digital channels.
  • Build scalable lifecycle programs based on customer segments and usage signals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support to align messaging and timing.
  • Optimize lead and engagement flows to ensure timely and personalized customer communication.
  • Analyze and report on engagement performance and adoption indicators to refine programs.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B digital engagement, lifecycle marketing, or Customer Success marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns tied to customer retention and adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and related engagement tools.
  • Ability to translate business goals into scalable, measurable digital programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform targeting and optimize performance.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.

  • Experience with intent or account-based platforms such as 6sense.
