What you will do

  • Build and manage pipeline of customer success stories, testimonials, case studies, and references across formats and channels.
  • Grow and nurture customer advocacy community from IT practitioners to C-level executives, partnering with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Amplify stories via website, social media, webinars, events, and analyst engagements.
  • Support executive sponsor program and facilitate strategic customer relationships.
  • Organize customer participation in events, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage reference program, referral program, third-party reviews, and recognition initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or community management.
  • B2B marketing experience required; SaaS/technology and MSP/IT industry knowledge preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and executives.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and public speaking coaching skills.
  • Project management in fast-paced environment; ability to travel 10-15%.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), project tools (Asana), and advocacy platforms.
