TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition (SaaS): Prospecting and closing new business within the UKI region for Grafana's observability stack with an accent on consultative sales and technical value articulation. Focus on managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Growth team.

Location: Remote, must be based in the UK

Salary: GBP 170,000 - 237,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads in the UKI region.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand needs and articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, quote creation, and order processing using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Proven track record of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer).
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills for both virtual and in-person relationship building.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.
