What you will do

• Represent hirify.global Cognigy, create awareness, and generate new ARR
• Achieve ARR and ACV booking targets by closing deals via direct and partner channels
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, running full sales cycles from planning to close
• Close large enterprise deals, drive consensus across stakeholders
• Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and represent at trade fairs and events

Requirements

• Proven track record selling SaaS or Technology (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI)
• Hunter mentality, passionate about winning and closing complex deals
• Ability to communicate complex deal structures, ROIs, and navigate C-level sales cycles
• Strong organization, prioritization, and professional communication skills
• Comfortable balancing independent sales cycles with partner and internal collaboration
