What you will do
- Own the strategy and performance of integrated campaigns focused on driving new logo pipeline.
- Develop and implement buyer-centric campaign narratives across personas, industries, and channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, and Sales teams to align on goals.
- Manage performance metrics and campaign reporting to ensure tangible pipeline outcomes.
- Build and evolve scalable campaign models to increase funnel velocity and acquisition efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of owning new-logo demand generation from ideation to pipeline impact.
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams around a clear strategic narrative.
- Deep understanding of persona-based marketing and buyer journeys.
- Must be based in Houston, TX for a hybrid work arrangement.
