What you will do
- Act as the primary link between the company and financial decision-makers (FDMs) in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Develop, administer, and manage complex provider contracts while ensuring compliance and optimal terms.
- Identify and implement innovative win-win partnership opportunities to lower costs and improve quality of care.
- Drive provider contract pull-through and educate stakeholders on tier status, discounts, and rebates.
- Collaborate with internal senior leadership and squads to align product priorities with customer needs.
- Independently engage and influence senior financial decision-makers within health systems and ecosystem practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences (pharma or biotechnology) or related industries (payers, health systems).
- Advanced understanding of the contracting environment, including competitive landscape and legal/regulatory implications.
- Proven experience in account management with complex IDNs or large health systems.
- Must reside in the Southern California area for consideration.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project administration skills.

- MBA or other related graduate-level degree.
