Salary: $182,346 - $245,856 per year (total compensation)

What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Prospect and cultivate new business within hospital systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive rapid growth in the assigned geography.
- Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including lead generation and closing.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and local tradeshows.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
- Must be located in the Phoenix East, AZ geographic territory.
- Proven track record of successful sales and consultative selling skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy ethics.
- Ability to work independently and act with urgency in a startup environment.

- Experience working in a start-up environment.
- Background in Women's Health.
- Clinical laboratory experience.
- Existing convertible book of business.
