What you will do
- Achieve territory sales goals through disciplined call planning, segmentation, and targeting.
- Establish trusted, compliant relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and key primary care stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, compliant product messaging aligned with brand strategy.
- Leverage data and market insights to adjust territory strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical and Market Access teams.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, promotional regulations, and expense guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Sacramento, CA.
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
- Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
- Experience requirements vary by level: 0–5 years (Representative), 6–12 years (Senior), or 13+ years (Executive).
Nice to have
- Previous respiratory or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Deep subject-matter expertise in the asthma disease state.
