Salary: $130,000 – $190,000

What you will do
- Execute territory sales plans for the asthma portfolio through disciplined call planning, segmentation, and targeting.
- Build and maintain compliant, trusted relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
- Deliver scientific product messaging and conduct clinical discussions aligned with brand strategy.
- Analyze market data and insights to optimize territory strategies and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical and Market Access teams.
- Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical promotional regulations and company ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience requirement based on level: 0-5 years (Representative), 6-12 years (Senior), or 13+ years (Executive).
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Beaumont, TX.
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
- Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in respiratory or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
