What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex financial models for long-range planning, budgeting, forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and enhance Pigment EPM applications, including integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and data platforms.
• Establish modeling standards, best practices, and standardized frameworks for efficiency and auditability.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, Accounting, Strategy, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to align models with business needs.
• Generate insights from models and communicate analyses to stakeholders for decision-making.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, financial modeling, or financial systems.
• Strong hands-on experience building complex financial models.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management platform (Pigment preferred; Anaplan or similar).
• Solid understanding of financial systems, data flows, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in FP&A or EPM implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or enterprise data platforms.
• Driver-based planning or advanced analytics experience.
• Multi-channel or multi-line-of-business modeling background.
