Location: Based in San Francisco office with office-centric hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in-office; WFH Wed and potentially Fri)
Salary: $116,000 - $122,000 base

What you will do
- Own and develop financial forecasts predicting business performance, highlighting variances, opportunities, and issues for senior management.
- Support strategic short- and long-term decisions via ROI-focused financial modeling and analysis for internal teams.
- Evolve and implement processes and tools to scale FP&A practices and support company-wide planning.
- Establish and maintain relationships with executives, team leads, and program leads as key finance contact.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support growing global business.
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A or corporate finance with strong understanding of finance concepts and accounting principles.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with planning, process management, and communication.
- Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations with business judgment.
- Ability to present complex financial analyses clearly to senior management.
- Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP experience like Anaplan.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments.
