TL;DR

Financial Planning Associate Director (Sales Finance): Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on sales optimization, retention analytics, and marketing investment analysis with an accent on data-driven insights, forecasting, and compensation strategy. Focus on designing scalable metrics, dashboards, and processes to maximize revenue efficiency and support global revenue operations.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA - Kennesaw, GA or USA - Riverwoods, IL. Applicants may be required to appear onsite.

Salary: $111,200 - $198,650 USD (eligible for bonus).

What you will do

  • Design and evolve metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards for business decisions, analyzing lead conversion, win-back campaigns, discounts, incentives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with sales leaders to execute initiatives maximizing sales team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to sales compensation plans aligned with revenue targets and analyze incentive effectiveness.
  • Drive system and process enhancements for a scalable revenue engine.
  • Support Global Revenue Operations initiatives and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; model complex problems using spreadsheets, analysis tools, AI visualization.
  • Project management and cross-functional leadership; comfortable with ambiguity, tight deadlines, changing scope.
  • Strong financial acumen; experience with Finance on planning, modeling, reporting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation; integrate data for unified Go-to-Market view.
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
