What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner for R&D (Engineering, Product), G&A, and Marketing functions.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models to evaluate investments in product development and marketing channels.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to evaluate channel performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ROI to optimize spend.
• Manage annual budgets and update forecasts using real-time performance data to provide business recommendations.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across product and operational performance.
• Develop business cases and scenario models to support new product initiatives and international expansion.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Finance within a technology or high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Must be based in New York City to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or Marketing functions.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL and BI platforms like Tableau.
• Experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or Anaplan.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or finance tools.
• Exposure to international or multi-entity business environments.
