Salary: $122,000 - $134,200 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary finance partner for R&D (Engineering, Product), G&A, and Marketing functions.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models to evaluate investments in product development and marketing channels.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to evaluate channel performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ROI to optimize spend.
- Manage annual budgets and update forecasts using real-time performance data to provide business recommendations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across product and operational performance.
- Develop business cases and scenario models to support new product initiatives and international expansion.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Finance within a technology or high-growth company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Must be based in New York City to work in a hybrid capacity.
- Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or Marketing functions.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL and BI platforms like Tableau.
- Experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or Anaplan.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or finance tools.
- Exposure to international or multi-entity business environments.
