What you will do

• Develop and maintain process controls for manufacturing and inspection.
• Administer internal quality audits and drive continuous process improvements.
• Conduct supplier development, audits, and certification programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and metrology standards (ISO 10012, ANSI/NCSL-Z540.3).
• Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and reduce defects/yields/warranty costs.
• Manage QA, Manufacturing Quality Engineering, and Metrology teams; prepare for customer/ISO audits.
• Promote safety, ethics training, and customer requirements awareness.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace; 2–5 years in quality
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related.
• Prior experience in procedure development, process improvement, and team management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Strong teamwork, training, and project management skills.
• Experience with Minitab preferred; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or ASQ certification preferred.

Nice to have

• Certification as Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma or ASQ.
• Experience with Minitab.
