What you will do

• Own and optimize end-to-end value stream for efficient product flow.
• Align teams and priorities to customer and business needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, and stakeholders.
• Measure and improve value performance using flow, quality, and outcome metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and remove constraints across the value stream.
• Track KPIs including OTD, lead time, quality, revenue, cost control, safety, and employee turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline
• 7+ years in related operations role in complex manufacturing environment
• 7+ years direct leadership experience
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external customers.
• Proven track record driving results, lean production, Kaizen, LMS, process improvements.
• Experience in feedback, coaching, development, communication, business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in quality, delivery, cost performance.
