What you will do
- Communicate and influence at all levels to drive customer intimacy and deliver tailored value propositions.
- Manage technical demonstrations, problem-solving, and train/mentor entry-level sales roles.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while forecasting needs.
- Implement pricing strategies, deliver price increases, and optimize profitability.
- Apply prospecting techniques to establish connections with key contacts at new prospects.
- Leverage broad market and industry knowledge to differentiate offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in related industry
- Bachelor's or University Degree in technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry preferred
- Demonstrated behaviors from Sales Excellence training
- Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
