What you will do
- Win and expand automotive OEM accounts across EMEA through hunting new logos, upsell, and cross-sell, owning the full commercial lifecycle.
- Shape ' go-to-market strategy for automotive sector by identifying opportunities, refining positioning, and setting commercial direction.
- Act as customer's voice internally, feeding insights to product, support, and leadership to influence roadmap.
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations from plant floor to C-suite to build long-term partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product for flawless execution of tailored solutions.
Requirements
- In-depth Enterprise/Strategic Account Management experience selling complex SaaS or HW/SW solutions to major automotive OEMs.
- Solid grasp of factory digitalization, Industry 4.0, and digital twin concepts.
- Proven ability to close new logos and grow accounts via structured multi-year planning and communication.
- Sharp commercial instincts for long-term business cases and high-value contract negotiations.
- Native-level German and professional English required; French advantageous.
- Based in Munich with willingness to travel across EMEA.
