What you will do

• Lead the Retail Facilities team in managing maintenance across all trades for retail locations, corporate offices, campuses, and distribution centers.
• Supervise Facilities Lead and Coordinator, ensuring efficient execution of preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Oversee compliance of life safety systems, coordinate inspections, testing, and corrective actions with vendors.
• Manage work order system data integrity, SLAs with service providers, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Use analytics to identify trends, resolve issues, control costs, and drive process improvements.
• Support new store openings, renovations, capital projects, visual updates, and studio closures.
• Partner with IT, Security, Real Estate, and Store Operations for seamless facilities initiatives.
• Monitor and manage R&M and janitorial budgets, review proposals and invoices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in facilities management, project management, and construction management
• Experience managing large budgets, forecasts, and providing robust project reporting
• Ability to manage service providers, prepare RFPs, troubleshoot technical issues
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills; proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to read blueprints and contract documents
• Proven problem-solving in high-stress, multi-task environments; strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel 30-40% in U.S./Canada
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
