Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80921 (onsite). Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.

Salary: $93,600–$101,900

What you will do

• Operate, repair, and oversee renewal of critical assets like chillers, CRAC units, RTUs, boiler plants, and water systems.
• Optimize building and energy performance using Siemens Desigo BAS for conservation and load balancing.
• Manage workflows, work orders, PM schedules, FCAs, and inventory via Tririga CMMS.
• Lead mechanical system replacements, write SOWs, RFPs, and MOPs for projects.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts for quality service.
• Steward energy programs for cost-savings and respond to facility emergencies.

Requirements

• Universal CFC/EPA 608 Certification strictly required.
• Proven experience in mechanical systems project management and critical facility operations.
• Proficient in Siemens Desigo BAS or similar and Tririga CMMS or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams).
• US Citizen eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Analytical problem-solving, team leadership, deadline management.
