TL;DR

Head of hirify.global+ & Long-Term Rentals: Owning growth, profitability, and strategic development of subscription and long-term rental business in the US with an accent on P&L accountability, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on transforming into scalable division, localizing global strategies, and driving revenue through pricing, acquisition, and retention initiatives.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States. You are based in Fort Lauderdale and open to regular travel to Munich/Pullach

What you will do

  • Own full P&L and commercial strategy for hirify.global+ and Classic Long-Term Rentals, driving revenue, margins, fleet utilization, and customer economics.
  • Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy, localizing global playbook with US-specific pricing, channels, and campaigns.
  • Lead transformation into scalable division with multi-year roadmap, KPIs, and gap closure across operations and commercial functions.
  • Steer cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Product through influence and prioritization.
  • Serve as US interface for global product teams, aligning strategies between Fort Lauderdale and Pullach HQ.
  • Drive expansion decisions in geography, channels, and B2B partnerships, developing business cases for fleet, capital, and investments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive commercial leadership, including 3-5+ years at Director/VP level with full P&L ownership in US subscription/long-term mobility/recurring-revenue business
  • Proven track record scaling subscription/long-term businesses, deep knowledge of acquisition, retention, churn, LTV, CAC.
  • Expertise in P&L management, unit economics, data-driven business cases, GTM strategy, customer lifecycle management.
  • Success in matrix organizations, partnering with international HQ, business transformation in ambiguous environments.
  • Entrepreneurial hands-on operator with strong communication skills and C-suite presence.
  • Based in Fort Lauderdale, open to regular travel to Munich/Pullach
