What you will do
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling for screens, remote, and onsite interviews, including travel coordination
- Maintain clear candidate communication, manage interview materials, and conduct initial phone screens
- Assist with resume screening, source candidates via LinkedIn, and maintain accurate candidate database and job postings
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on priorities, candidate tiers, and interview plans
- Act as central point of contact, resolve scheduling conflicts, track candidate lifecycle, and ensure timely feedback
- Share candidate updates and improve recruiting workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software (Greenhouse a plus) and social networks for recruiting
- Experience with ticketing systems like ZenDesk preferred
- Computer proficiency in Google Suite & Slack; excellent customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
