What you will do

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling for screens, remote, and onsite interviews, including travel coordination
  • Maintain clear candidate communication, manage interview materials, and conduct initial phone screens
  • Assist with resume screening, source candidates via LinkedIn, and maintain accurate candidate database and job postings
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on priorities, candidate tiers, and interview plans
  • Act as central point of contact, resolve scheduling conflicts, track candidate lifecycle, and ensure timely feedback
  • Share candidate updates and improve recruiting workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in recruiting-related role
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Experience using recruiting software (Greenhouse a plus) and social networks for recruiting
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ZenDesk preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Google Suite & Slack; excellent customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
