What you will do

• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute BTI events, symposiums, and conferences including logistics, speaker management, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead development and maintenance of monthly newsletter, website content, and social media across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Manage digital engagement for research visibility, study recruitment, and metrics-driven content adjustments.
• Provide operational support for research initiatives including REDCap data systems, study workflows, and community advisory boards.
• Coordinate outreach, cross-institutional collaboration, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations, research administration, program support, or communications in academic/research settings
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Experience independently supporting events, research operations, and institutional communications
• Proven social media management for large institutions or projects
• Hands-on experience with REDCap, data collection systems, project management software, and website content management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities independently
