What you will do

• Oversee deployment timelines across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with approval processes for changes.
• Serve as primary remote liaison for site teams, managing expectations and resolving equipment schedule conflicts.
• Build relationships with internal teams, logistics, field service, and customer contacts.
• Participate in weekly coordination calls, updating on milestones and risks.
• Lead introductions between site contacts and field service teams for startup and commissioning.
• Maintain project data on internal and customer platforms to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in site or project coordination/management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Post-secondary education in Construction, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables); proficiency in Outlook, Word, databases.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage conflicting priorities independently.
• Proven customer service experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
