What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute congress-related activities in partnership with Medical Affairs and Patient Advocacy teams.
• Coordinate logistics including hotel sourcing, conference registrations, and booth arrangements.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow of conference sponsorships and national congress activities via Speakcore and Chiesi Event Hub.
• Support speaker and patient programming, including contract routing, procurement, and Legal review.
• Process purchase requests, service entry sheets (SES), and invoices through SAP.
• Maintain detailed documentation to ensure transparency and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in administrative support or medical operations within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare settings.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workflows.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
