TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Manager - Integrations (SaaS/CLM): Enable customers to deploy scalable, reliable integrations using hirify.global’s Integration Hub with an accent on design validation, risk mitigation, and usage optimization. Focus on evaluating architectures, recommending optimized patterns, and building repeatable frameworks for production-ready integrations.

What you will do

  • Lead Integration Success Reviews to validate architecture for scalability, reliability, and observability.
  • Translate business requirements into stable integration designs and provide hands-on problem-solving.
  • Analyze usage patterns, recommend optimizations like event-based integrations, and mitigate risks in high-consumption accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption in underutilized accounts and support retention through value realization.
  • Build playbooks, frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale integration success and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in enterprise SaaS integrations or implementation roles, managing multiple remote engagements.
  • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional experience.
  • Expertise with APIs, JSON, Postman, integration troubleshooting, and risk assessment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving in complex environments.
  • Experience with automation tools or AI-enabled workflow systems.

Nice to have

  • Workato certifications and experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray).
  • Integrations with ERP, CRM, CLM, or document systems.
  • Event-driven architecture, consumption modeling, and scalable playbook development.
  • Background in legal tech, CLM, or technical account management.
