What you will do

  • Ensure customers launch our product successfully and achieve thrilling results by understanding their enterprise needs and managing priorities.
  • Handle misalignments between customer stakeholders, prioritizing for organizational success without damaging relationships.
  • Craft internal and external narratives to drive customer success and secure engineering resources efficiently.
  • Field, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support requests while minimizing unnecessary engineering effort.
  • Create and update customer documentation, training materials, and process improvements for robust integrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting with direct customer and large organization interaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand roles, build narratives, and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of APIs and experience interacting with them.
  • Ability to triage problems, learn quickly, think creatively, and enjoy daily customer problem-solving.
