What you will do

• Process payments for regional conferences and sponsorships independently via hirify.global Events Hub.
• Support national conference logistics including survey creation, hotel booking, and attendee registration.
• Manage credit card payments, purchase orders (POs), and invoice processing for conference booths and services.
• Coordinate logistics for HCP speaker and patient programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide general support for marketing and sales teams, including budget management and design updates in Adobe.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in business management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, event management, or administration.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
