What you will do

• Define and drive the overarching marketing strategy for the Model Training Business Unit, focusing on demand generation and customer growth.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the market by analyzing industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and prioritize lead generation, nurturing, retention, and channel partnership strategies, aligning marketing goals with revenue objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies.
• Act as the primary marketing representative for the Model Training Business Unit, providing updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7-12 years in B2B marketing with a focus on content, technology, data, AI, and/or digital media solutions.
• Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive and effective marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the content solutions industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
