Location: Draper, Utah, United States. Must have authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $19.29 - $20.82 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage the complete collections lifecycle for the Spend and Expense product.
  • Perform account-level reviews to identify the most effective client outreach strategies.
  • Execute strategic plans to maximize revenue recovery.
  • Optimize collection processes to achieve essential financial goals.
  • Drive the execution of both operational and strategic initiatives within the collections team.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of direct collections experience, preferably in e-commerce, payments, or financial services.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong logical and rational thinking skills with experience in data analysis and investigative techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills for conflict resolution and relationship building.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of payment processing methods (ACH, checks, digital wallets, international payments, virtual/credit cards).
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management.
