What you will do

• Prepare monthly P&L and executive reporting for Tilia BU, interfacing with hirify.global finance for alignment.
• Own pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, performance reporting, and support pricing models with Sales and Product.
• Prepare invoices, track collections, resolve disputes, and ensure receivable health.
• Manage reconciliation for pay-in/pay-out flows, driving process improvements and automation.
• Handle bank account management, settlement processes, and controls, partnering with hirify.global Treasury.
• Deliver tax reporting and planning/forecast discipline aligned to FY26 growth targets.

Requirements

• 6-8 years finance experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or processing environments.
• Strong understanding of settlement cycles, reconciliation, controls, and payments revenue recognition.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting for scaling businesses.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong controls and governance mindset.
• Operational rigor, process improvement, and automation mindset.
• Able to balance startup build velocity with regulated business discipline and interface with executives.
