What you will do

• Act as the subject-matter expert for integrated payments solutions.
• Support sales and renewals by analyzing customer credit card statements and providing pre-sale rate analysis.
• Onboard new customers to appropriate payments solutions and deliver necessary training.
• Negotiate rates directly with customers while maintaining pricing integrity.
• Conduct periodic data analysis on a customer or portfolio level to optimize revenue.
• Develop and manage key projects to support the overall payments strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (business, math, economics) or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Payments, account management, or analysis.
• Payments experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience working in a customer-facing capacity.
