Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + commission

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of Financial Services (FSI) customers across Canada as the primary customer-facing advocate.
• Develop and drive mutual success plans, engagement strategies, and frameworks for measurable impact.
• Advise customers on transforming Business Spend Management (BSM) to create immediate value and operational efficiency.
• Architect high-level Customer Value Plans and retention strategies for major enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and senior customer leaders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Deep understanding of Finserv Source-to-Pay and BSM.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise Customer Success or Client Delivery Leadership.
• Proven experience leading customers to value via procurement, finance, and supply chain solutions.
• Strong executive presence and a track record of execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
