San Francisco, California / Remote US / Remote Canada

US Pay Range $150,000 - $300,000 USD; Canada Pay Range $112,500 - $225,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Engage with bank and fintech leadership and key decision makers.
  • Develop inbound and outbound sales strategies to create and progress opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for bank partners.
  • Manage a named account list and develop plans for winning and expanding business.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders at potential bank clients.
  • Lead team projects to develop and refine bank sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, marketing, finance, customer service) and product/engineering to align initiatives and drive strategy.
  • Travel to client sites and industry events representing hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably selling technical or SaaS products to banks.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across products.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and execute sales plans.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Interest in technology and financial services intersection.
