TL;DR

Risk Analytics Sr. Product Manager (Fintech): Driving initiatives to optimize loan volume growth and portfolio performance with an accent on risk roadmapping and cross-departmental alignment. Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Remote (any location) or Hybrid (Chicago, IL).

Salary: $120k - $180k / year

What you will do

  • Manage and prioritize the Risk team's strategic roadmap to achieve loan volume and portfolio performance goals.
  • Oversee the technical design and implementation of decisioning models and platforms.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Bank Partnerships to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Utilize data to evaluate project impact and guide department-level decision-making.
  • Act as the primary knowledge hub for product functionality across Risk, Marketing, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in financial services.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-departmental projects.
  • Experience with decision engines or similar technical platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate strategic ideas using data.
  • Expertise in Risk, Marketing, or Software Engineering.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience in consumer lending.
  • Ability to write SQL.
  • Experience working in a startup or starting a business.
