What you will do

• Write and publish high-volume provocative content positioning hirify.global as the leading voice in security and compliance.
• Turn internal expertise into shareable, viral content for technical and business audiences.
• Build a cult following of founders, CTOs, and security leaders from the ground up.
• Engage actively in buyer communities as a trusted, value-adding voice.
• Ghostwrite for founders and experts to amplify ideas and drive virality.
• Define and own the brand voice across all content.
• Challenge industry narratives and run constant experiments to optimize growth.

Requirements

• 1-4 years in content, community, or growth marketing; proven impact over tenure.
• Exceptional writing skills with portfolio of high-engagement work.
• Personal audience of 100,000+ followers built from scratch.
• Ability to write for technical and business audiences.
• Community-native with rebellious mindset and bias for action.
• Comfortable working remotely in CET to EST time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Strong personal brand.
